The daycare teacher should be able to distinctly understand & relate to the requirements & concerns of parents & should be well placed to help them out. The Daycare Teacher should be an enthusiastic self-starter, deeply empathetic and service-oriented. She is the one who is extremely fond of children and has unbridled love, affection & compassion for them. She treats every kid at the daycare like one of her own and takes upon herself the responsibility of ensuring that the children are always learning something new at the centre in a happy, safe & secure environment.
