Should be able to teach the students in a harmonious environment. Should be able to use experiential learning concepts in the class. Ensure all the important communication, notices and information reach to every student in class through almanac/ timely. Provide a safe, and positive learning environment for students. Identify and manage the diverse ability levels of students. Assess and record student development, while identifying problem areas and areas which need attention and improvement. Actively listen to the grievances of students and ensure its solution for students wellbeing. Prepare the results/tabulation and academic progress report.
