**Position:** Pre-Primary and Day Care Teacher
**Location:** Winmore Academy, Jakkur
**Working Hours:** 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Summary:
Winmore Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary and Day Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Curriculum Development:** Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play, creativity, and exploration.
- **Classroom Management:** Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- **Child Supervision:** Provide attentive supervision and care to children during activities, meals, and nap times.
- **Parent Communication:** Regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- **Assessment:** Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback and support as needed.
- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- **Health and Safety:** Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic space.
- **Professional Development:** Participate in training and workshops to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Previous experience working with young children in a pre-primary or daycare setting.
- **Skills:** Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage children in learning.
- **Certifications:** First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
