Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s educational programs and curriculum.
Monitor and assess student academic performance and assist in the implementation of interventions.
Collaborate with faculty to design and facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers.
Encourage the adoption of best practices and instructional strategies in the classroom.
Student Discipline and Support:
Implement and uphold student discipline policies, promoting a positive school climate.
Address student behavioral issues, intervene when necessary, and work with students, parents, and counselors to find solutions.
Support and manage interventions for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
Oversee the enforcement of school-wide rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
Staff Supervision and Support:
Assist in the recruitment, evaluation, and professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff.
Provide mentorship and support to faculty in addressing classroom management, curriculum delivery, and student engagement.
Collaborate with staff to ensure effective communication between the school leadership and teaching teams.
Help coordinate school-wide initiatives, events, and extracurricular programs.
School Safety and Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the school, including school facilities, transportation, and lunch services.
Ensure that health, safety, and emergency protocols are in place and adhered to.
Collaborate with the principal and other administrative staff to ensure the safe operation of the school environment.
Parental and Community Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the broader community.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and school events.
Participate in parent meetings, school events, and community activities to promote school involvement and community engagement.
Administrative Duties:
Assist in preparing and managing budgets for various departments and initiatives.
Help manage student records, academic reports, and other administrative tasks.
Supervise student attendance and assist in developing strategies to address attendance issues.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
Valid state certification in educational administration.
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of teaching experience, with prior administrative experience preferred.
Proven experience in student discipline management, curriculum development, and staff leadership.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage conflict and implement solutions effectively.
Knowledge of educational laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, students, and parents.
Physical Demands
Occasional evening and weekend work for school events or meetings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Education Qualification
