Managing the classroom, caring the kids & assess each kid in the classroom. Need to prepare the learning environment, setting up interest centers, and organizing essential resources. Managing the day to day activities of the class. Effective implementation of the Guidelines. Creating a safe and secure physical and mental environment for all children in the class Actively participate in planning, organization and execution of special days and events of the class / grade level / school. Need to develop and maintain a professional and cordial relationship with parents. To keep up the team spirit at all times and be an active team player.
