There are 5 important points to be remembered:- 1). We are paying fees in advance to tutors on recorded demo video call infront of the parents. So Tutors needs to have original Id proof while giving class for the address proof it is required which tutors have to show in the ongoing demo video call to parents 2). For the goodwill purpose tutors have to inform us before taking any leave instead of parents so that we can talk directly to parents 3). Tutors can not teach the students in group . All the students we have at the moment are those who paid us for one on one session as a personal trainer they want the tutor 4). Tutor needs to motivate the child in ongoing demo video even if the child is not that good in the subject
