Supporting the development of the children within the curriculum. Producing accurate and effective observations to assess the children’s progress and their effectiveness *Using a variety of resources representing multiple perspectives and addressing the individual needs of children with different levels and types of ability. Providing reassurance to new children to enable a smooth transition. *Utilizing a range and balance of planning, teaching, and assessment (recording and reporting) strategies. Execute Monthly/weekly/daily learning outcome goals, implementing and supervising into daily classroom practice *Be accessible and available as a point of contact for parents or careers.
