Providing reassurance to new children to enable a smooth transition. Utilizing a range and balance of planning, teaching, and assessment (recording and reporting) strategies. Execute Monthly/weekly/daily learning outcome goals, implementing and supervising into daily classroom practice Be accessible and available as a point of contact for parents or careers. Actively communicating with team members and creating an inclusive environment for the staff, students and parents. Requirements: Education: Preferably certified in early years education Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead/Head teacher in pre-primary teaching. Organizational skills: Highly organized, able to plan and organize daily activities, and manage administrative tasks. Creativity and flexibility: Creative and flexible, able to adapt to the changing needs of young children and create engaging and fun learning experiences. Interpersonal Skills: good listener with attention to detail in case of children, patient, ability to remain calm even in challenging situations, good conflict resolution skills and empathetic.
